Our dishes are cooked and prepared with the love and care of our Cook,
Annamaria, who has a rich cooking background that started with her grandmother
who handed down to her a wealth of Flavours which are always more difficult
to hand down from generation to generation.
Agrisalotto's Menu features local Val di Chiana dishes which change according
to the the season and to the produce of our "Vegetable Garden"
allowing us to offer guests a quality that is difficult to find. Elio,
the Farmer's right-hand man since time immemorial, tends to and takes
care of the "Vegetable Garden", the Vineyard, from which we
produce our "Burcinella"
wine, the Fruit Grove and the Olive
Grove where the whole Agrisalotto Farm produce is yielded.
Our restaurant is open all week.
On reservation we can arrange receptions
for ceremonies.
