Family produced Vinsanto (Dessert wine), which has always been a part of Tuscan homes, is produced from the old vine named after its creator, “Uncle Giulio Jac”, who always believed that “old barrels always contain good wine”.
The processing follows the rules from distant times, and drying and aging are very important stages for all the family, which gets together creating an event rich in memories from the past.
The Vinsanto Crescendo, which is marketed, does not follow commercial channels; the limited and high quality production and the need for a long period of aging mean that it can be tasted and bought almost exclusively from our Cooperative or in the restaurant, where it can be enjoyed, as is the tradition, with homemade Tuscan “cantucci”, a splendid way to finish an excellent dinner. |
