The red wine of the cooperative, “L’Imbrunito”, takes its name from the beautiful sunsets in the Valdichiana, which are special moments and were a natural clock for the farmers signalling the end of each working day, which then concluded with a glass of wine in the countryside.

The Sangiovese wine, which has always been the favourite of the Jacomoni family, is produced from the old vine in Monte San Savino, and is cured and produced in the old way, but has been enriched by the wonderful Syrah, produced and aged separately in oak barrels, has a fuller body and structure, but especially, has the perfume of a wine combining the simplicity of old times with modern techniques and experience.
