Honey is one of the new products of the Cooperative, created from an unbridled passion for nature. Dimitri has thus taken up beekeeping; bees are fantastic creatures and exemplary organisers.

The Valdichiana offers bees innumerable possibilities to collect pollen; we have numerous acacias surrounding the cooperative, from which in June we obtain excellent honey, colourful, fluid and with a delicate aroma. Chestnut honey is a product we do not always manage to produce and “millefiori” is the most common and most appreciated variety of honey.
