The Cuisine
The Agrisalotto Restaurant closed on MONDAY, has always been run on a family basis and offers the possibility of enjoying high quality cuisine, always using raw ingredients chosen with care and often produced by the company itself, providing the taste of Tuscan traditions, and also (why not?) the creation of imaginative combinations of food.
The restaurant, in what used to be the stables, looks out over the beautiful park of the manor house, from where the swimming pool, children’s play park and Company vineyard can be seen.
The surrounding landscape provides the perfect setting for banquets and private ceremonies, characterised by quality cuisine and a warm welcome.
Our specialities are pasta, always made in the kitchen, and the local Chianina meat
(the white pure breed cow native to the Valdichiana).
