APARTMENT SALES CONDITIONS

Each Booking made by phone shall be confirmed by fax or e-mail and be followed by a deposit of 20% of the total price for the requested accommodation (to be settled by bank transfer, money postal order or credit card).

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APARTMENTS

All cancellation/modifications made from 30 to 15 days prior to arrival due, will be subject to fee summing 50% of the otherwise total charges
All cancellations/modifications made from 14 days prior to scheduled arrival and until the same day of arrival due will be subject to 100% penalty fee of the total charges
No shows will be subject to 100% fee of the total charges

Our apartments are available between 5.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. and must be vacated and left in good order between 08.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m.
